2. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about Tap&Charge and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading through its forms.
The words, images, films, 3D models and logos on this site belong to TAP AND CHARGE LTD or are used with permission. You may view and share links to them, but not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written agreement.
3. Information on the site
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not an offer. The terms of a partnership, including the revenue share rate and its VAT treatment, are confirmed in your agreement. Rental prices are shown on the station screen before you pay.
4. Links to other sites
Links to other websites, such as app stores, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
5. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
